    Maybe the title 'Frozen wastes or waists?' gets lost in translation. Both are ponounced the same way, buts 'frozen wastes' refers to the location being cold and remote. Whilst 'waists' refers to the body above the hips where you would measure for trousers? So that's a play on words that their bodies would be frozen too. Hope that explanation helps? ... Alex
